Shipping policy

Wicked Roots® Hair Extensions Terms of Sale & Shipping Policy

The following Wicked Roots Terms of Sale & Shipping Policy provides the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of any Wicked Roots Hair Extensions (“WR”) Products (“WR Products”):

 

  • While we do offer help and training regarding the use of WR Products, the consumer should seek professional services for consultation, selection, application, and advice regarding the WR Products.
  • If the consumer chooses to have the WR Products applied by a non-professional, the company cannot be held responsible.
  • WR backs the quality and workmanship of the WR Products but the satisfaction of the consumer is not the responsibility of WR.
  • WR will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the consumer’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists, customers, and consumers agree to use WR Products at their own risk. WR will not be held liable for any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, even if the product is found to be defective.
  • Sometimes Wicked Roots product run out of stock. While we try our best to ensure products are available, we do the best we can to reflect out of stock items on our website. If we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, we will try to reach you via email or phone to advise you of your options. If we can’t reach you, we will cancel that part of your order but ship everything else.
  • WR cannot guarantee the quality of any WR Product that is not purchased directly from WR.
  • WR offers same day shipping, but cannot guarantee this service. All orders must be placed prior to 2 PM EST Monday through Friday in order to be shipped out same day. If a shipment does not get shipped on the same day as the order was placed, WR is not responsible for a freight credit or upgrade as the service is not guaranteed.
  • WR will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by any shipping carriers, such as FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc.
  • WR ships Monday through Friday. WR does not ship on the weekends of federal holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend or a Holliday will be processed on the next weekday business day. 
  • If an error is made as a result of inaccurate or obsolete information, WR will not be responsible.
  • All shipments are FOB Hallandale Beach, Florida. WR does not guarantee third party shipping services such as We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third party shipping services but are not responsible for such deficiencies. All orders are insured for the value of the shipment by the third-party service.
